I Pentatonix si sono uniti a Stevie Wonder per eseguire “That’s the Way of the World” in omaggio a Maurice White degli Earth, Wind & Fire, John Legend ha interpretato “Easy” e Meghan Trainor “You Are” nel tributo a Lionel Richie, eletto MusiCares person of The Year. Miguel ha invece omaggiato Michael Jackson con il classico“She’s Out of My Life” e Pitbull ha chiuso lo show con un’elettrizzante doppia performance di “El Taxi”- che ha ospitato l’apparizione a sorpresa dell’attrice Sofia Vergara – e del suo nuovo brano “Bad Man” con Travis Barker, Joe Perry e Robin Thicke.
