Tante le categorie che vedono in corsa i nostri artisti: da menzionare le 3 candidature per i Walk The Moon e per Romeo Santos; 2 nomination vanno invece ad OMI, One Direction, Nicky Jam, Romeo Santos, Mark Ronson e Carrie Underwood.
Tutta al femminile la rosa dei nostri artisti che si esibiranno dal vivo nel corso della serata: Céline Dion riceverà il prestigioso ICON Award e interpreterà la sua versione di The Show Must Go On dei Queen, mentre il Millennum Award andrà a Britney Spears, che regalerà un medley delle sue più grandi hit. Tra i performer ci saranno anche le Fifth Harmony, Meghan Trainor e P!nk.
